Panna cotta ai lamponi recipe

Francesco Ceccarelli stayed true to his roots with this creamy Italian dessert with raspberries on Come Dine With Me Wolverhampton

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 250ml milk
  • 250ml cream
  • 100g powdered gelatine
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 150g raspberries

Method

  1. In a saucepan gently bring the milk and cream to the boil. Add the powdered gelatine and stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

  2. Stir in the yoghurt and raspberries and pour into ramekins. Chill for at least 2 hours to set.
