Andy Bawtree kicked off with this Mexican themed starter of guacamole and blue nachos on Come Dine With Me Folkestone and Dover
In a bowl mix the tomatoes, onion, chillies and avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice and chill, then before serving mix in a little coriander.
Spread the nachos in an ovenproof dish and scatter the chopped sweet peppers and cheeses over the top. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted, then serve with the guacamole.
Please note this recipe is the contestant's own and has not been tested professionally. Like the Come Dine With Me contestants, you could be creating a culinary delight or dining disaster, so switch on your ovens and be bold.
