Crackling Jilly willy silly-bub recipe

Jilly Graham concluded her Willy Wonka-inspired feast with a lemon syllabub packed with popping candy on Come Dine With Me Bradford

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 600ml whipping cream
  • 50g caster or icing sugar
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Popping candy, to serve

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk the cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Stir through the lemon zest and juice then spoon the mixture into 4 glasses and chill until needed.

  2. Sprinkle with popping candy before serving.
