With just a few simple ingredients you can serve this impressive yet easy prawn starter for any occasion
Serves 4-6
For the lemony aioli
For the mango salsa
For the sweet soy sauce
For the aioli, in a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.
For the salsa, cut the lime in half and juice and zest one half. Cut the chilli in half, remove the seeds and chop very finely. Combine all the ingredients adding sea salt and pepper to taste.
For the sweet soy sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Place the prawns on a platter and serve with the trio of dipping sauces.
