Gluten free pepperoni pizza recipe

This easy gluten-free pizza recipe uses only four ingredients and is great for getting all the family involved in some weekend cooking

Makes 4

Ingredients

  • 4 gluten-free wraps
  • 4 generous tsp gluten-free pesto
  • 8 slices gluten-free salami or paper-thin ham, torn
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

  1. Place the wraps under a hot grill for 1 minute. Remove and on the untoasted side spread with pesto, evenly top with ham and sprinkle with cheese. Season with pepper.

  2. Return to the grill for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
