Gluten free peanut butter cookies recipe

These gluten-free peanut butter cookies are best served with a cuppa

Makes 24

Ingredients

  • 260g crunchy peanut butter
  • 220g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Using a tablespoon roll the amount into small balls and pop onto 2 baking trays lined with greaseproof paper.#

  2. Slightly flatten with a fork, criss-cross style. Bake for 10 minutes or until a thin crust forms on the cookie.
