Have a go at this easy chicken supper recipe with an Indian slant. You could also cook this for a BBQ as it's a guaranteed crowd pleaser
Serves 4
1. Mix the hot curry paste with the mango chutney and use to brush over the chicken breasts.
2. Cook under a hot preheated grill for 5-6 minutes each side, until cooked.
3. Serve with a tomato and spring onion salad, and mint raita.
Tip: To barbecue the chicken, preheat your barbecue in the usual way until it reaches the correct temperature. Cook turning once, bearing in mind you may have to adjust the cooking time slightly depending on how hot your barbecue is or how near the heat source the food is placed.
