Cooking time: 5 minutes
To serve
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a small saucepan.
2. Add the cream, orange rind and juice, and heat the mixture very gently, stirring frequently, until the chocolate has melted and warmed through, and the texture is smooth and creamy.
3. Either serve straight from the saucepan or pour into a heatproof bowl and serve with assorted 'dippers'.
