Cooking time: 5 minutes

  • 225g white chocolate
  • 200ml double cream
  • 1 orange (½ tsp finely grated rind and 4 tbsp juice)

To serve

  • Skewers of cubed Jamaican ginger cake, slices of apple, orange, banana, strawberries and marshmallows for dipping

How to make warm chocolate fondue

1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a small saucepan.

2. Add the cream, orange rind and juice, and heat the mixture very gently, stirring frequently, until the chocolate has melted and warmed through, and the texture is smooth and creamy.

3. Either serve straight from the saucepan or pour into a heatproof bowl and serve with assorted 'dippers'.
