Ingredients

  • 1 cupful of frozen tropical fruit (about 125g)
  • 1tbsp oat bran or oats
  • 100ml soya milk alternative, eg Alpro
  • 100ml orange juice

METHOD

How to make tropical fruit smoothie

1. Put the frozen tropical fruit into a blender. Add the oat bran, soya milk and orange juice.

2. Whiz together until smooth and serve.
