Pimm's with ginger: A spicy alternative
For a a spicy alternative try this Pimm's cocktail recipe for Pimm's Ginger

Ingredients

  • Pimm's No.1, for a glass use 50ml (1.3 UK units), for a jug use 200ml (5.2 UK units)
  • Ginger ale
  • Sliced lemon
  • Mint

Method

  1. Mix 1 part Pimm's No. 1 with 3 parts of ginger ale, add a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
