Spiced martini recipe

The cinnamon and cardamom in this Asian-influenced martini, from London bar Anise, make for a spicy twist on a classic cocktail

Ingredients

  • 50ml of infused cinnamon and cardamom vodka
  • 15ml cranberry juice
  • 10ml pineapple puree
  • 5ml of black raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord)
  • A dash of cinnamon syrup

METHOD

How to make a spiced martini

1. Mix everything in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and strain it into pre-chilled martini glass.

2. Finish with one star anise as a garnish.
