Make fruit fun in this tasty tropical shake
Makes 4 glasses
Takes 10 minutes to prepare
Cooking utensils
Big chef: Peel the mangoes and roughly chop the flesh from the stone with a table knife. Put it into the mixing bowl.
Big chef: Cut the passion fruit in half and use a teaspoon to remove the seeds and juice. Tip these into the bowl with the mangoes.
Little chef: Measure the milk in a measuring jug and add the coconut milk.
Big chef and little chef: Put the tropical fruits and milk into a liquidiser or food processor. Put the lid on and, making sure your hands are dry, pulse to blend the fruits and milk.
Little chef: Add 4 scoops of vanilla ice-cream and whiz briefly. Drink immediately!
