Takes 20-25 minutes to prepare, 10-12 minutes to prepare
Big chef: Set the oven to: 425@F, 220@C, 200ºC fan, or gas 7.
Little chef: Sift the flour into the bowl. Add the yeast.
Big chef: Use your fingers to make a well in the centre of the flour and add the olive oil, then slowly add the warm water and mix into a dough with a cutlery knife. Use one hand to bring the dough together. Wipe the dough (like a dishcloth) round your bowl to clean it.
Little chef: Sift some flour onto a clean, smooth surface and knead the dough by pushing and pulling it around with the palm of your hand and the tips of your fingers, keeping it in a big ball all the time. Knead your dough for 10 minutes until it feels really stretchy, like elastic.
Little chef: Grease the bowl and put the dough inside it, then cover it with a plastic bag. Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour, until it is twice as big.
Little chef Knead your dough again for 2-3 minutes and divide it into six balls. Shape and flatten them into 10cm circles and place them on a baking tray.
Little chef: Spread a teaspoon of the Pesto Presto onto the top of each pizza.
Big chef: Cut the mozzarella into six slices and tear each slice into smaller pieces. Scatter these over the pizzas.
Big chef: Wipe 6-8 small mushrooms with kitchen towel, slice them thinly and scatter them on the pizzas. Drizzle a little olive oil over the mushrooms. Chop up the red pepper and sprinkle it on the pizzas.
Little chef: Put the pizzas in the oven, near the top, for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the pizzas are golden brown.
