Big chef: Put the cinnamon and milk in a saucepan and heat until almost boiling, then lower the heat so that the milk stays warm but doesn't boil.
Big chef and little chef: Break the chocolate into pieces and add it to the hot milk. Stir well with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes to melt the chocolate (remembering not to let the milk boil).
Big chef and little chef: Take off the heat, remove the cinnamon and whisk lightly before serving.
Tips: For an extra-special treat, add a few mini-marshmallows, or for a peppermint delight, stir your hot chocolate with a candy cane.
Always have a grown-up in the kitchen when you cook.
