This mojito recipe is a great way to use up those apples from the orchard
Makes 1
Place the sugar, lime juice and mint leaves into your chosen glass (it’s recommended a mojito is served in a hi-ball glass). Using a muddler, muddle, mix and blend the flavours together, dissolving as much sugar as possible. The end of a wooden spoon words just as well.
Add your crushed ice, white rum and apple juice and using your stirring utensil mix up all the flavours and bring the mint leaves through the ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime and slice of apple.
