A brilliant basic muffin mix from children's cookery school leader, Beverley Glock. Simple enough for little chefs, this recipe can be used to make savoury or sweet muffins
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas mark 6.
2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix to get rid of most of the lumps.
3. Mix in the fruit or vegetables of your choice, split between 12 muffin cases and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Tip: The cooked muffins freeze well for up to 1 month
