1.Blitz the biscuits in a blender, add the melted butter then press into a greased flan ring and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C.
2.In a blender mix the yolks and lime zest till thick (3-4mins), add condensed milk and mix for 1 min, add lime juice and mix till combined.
3.Bake for 35 minutes at 100°C.
