Master patissier and baker to the stars, Eric Lanlard is Channel 4's king of cake. Hailing... from the home of beautiful patisserie, Eric trained in France before moving to London to run the patisserie business for Albert and Michel Roux Senior.
After five years he opened Cake Boy, his Southwest London cake emporium, and made his name on the small screen fronting Glamour Puds and Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard.
Two-time winner of Continental Patissier of the Year at the British Baking Awards, Eric's reputation has led him into starry circles. From Madonna and Claudia Schiffer's wedding cakes to Brooklyn Beckham's birthday cake, Eric's creations have graced the bellies of A-listers worldwide.
