A particularly pretty shape, rounded but not submissive; great cabin design, lots of space.
Bouncy ride and sloppy handling.
So much better to look at than to drive.
Dependability shouldn't be an issue - BSM has taught thousands of people to drive in them - but the way even a new Corsa feels as though it has covered 50,000 miles is disappointing. Many early cars' plastic wheel-arch lips are looking very sad and decayed now.
