Suzuki Grand Vitara Review

Running Costs3 out of 5

Suzuki says the Grand Vitara averages 32.1mpg and emits 205g/km of carbon dioxide. This means it slips into Band F for VED and attracts a 29% BIK tax contribution if you use the Suzuki 4x4 as a company car.

Its rivals are more attractive in this respect: the more expensive Honda CR-V is quicker and averages 34.9mpg and pollutes 195g/km (27% BIK), while the similarly priced Nissan Qashqai 4x4, also a 2.0-litre, averages 34.0mpg and pollutes 198g/km (27%).
