Comfortable, pleasant and entertaining to drive. Well equipped.
Cheap interior.
Despite its age a fine all rounder, and for the enthusiast driver, one of the best.

The 306 is the smoothest riding car in this class, so if you regularly drive down bumpy roads it's one to consider. And its engine is pretty quiet too. The front seats are good, but the rear bench lacks support. Room up front is fairly generous, although the optional sunroof restricts headroom. Rear seat accommodation is reasonable and the boot a good size. All 306's get a stereo with the RDS road traffic information system - good - and several models allow control of the system from a convenient stalk near the steering wheel. Sound quality is good.
