Yeti's appeal should be wide-ranging, although its quirky styling may put some buyers off.
The Yeti's perceived quality is very good from the exterior finish down to the smart-looking interior. The dash has elements taken from the Roomster and Superb, with quality materials and a neat finish. There are no rattles or creaks around the cabin either, even when travelling over tough terrain.
The Yeti's reliability should be good if you take Skoda past performance as a guide. The company regularly scores highly in JD Power's customer satisfaction surveys, with a second place in 2007 and a top-five finish in 2008. It has been in the top five for 14 consecutive years - an achievement unmatched by any other manufacturer.
