Price Range: £8,950 to £13,730

Verdict

Greenline economy package spoils a fine supermini.

Skoda Fabia Review

Comfort and Equipment3 out of 5

Despite the stiff sidewalls of the energy tyres, the Greenline offers an even more cosseting ride than the standard car, thanks to the smaller 14" wheels.

Inside, the Greeline appears less stripped-out as the Polo Bluemotion and Seat Ibiza Ecomotive, but the absence of an iPod connection, ESP, alarm and immobiliser, make the cheaper 'Fabia 2' trim, that has all three as standard, a more attraction option.

The spare wheel has also been ditched for a can of tyre sealant to keep weight down.
