Sharp drive with Cup chassis, good ride without.
Needs pricey but entertaining Cup chassis.
Misses out on the charm of Fiat's 500 Abarth, but delivers with Cup's drive.

The hottest Renault Twingo will be the only car in the range to miss out on the brand's 'Eco' sub 140g/km carbon dioxide initiative, although its target audience are unlikely to care.
The Twingo 133 still averages 40.4mpg (7.4mpg less than the 1.2 GT), but if you drive it hard fuel consumption will almost certainly be down in the low 30s.
As far as road tax is concerned the tiny Renault just sneaks into VED band D thanks to its 165g/km CO2 emissions, while company cars will be stuck in the 21% BIK tax bracket - not the end of the world considering the low purchase price.
Insurance costs should be low since the Twingo 133 slots into group 8.
