Towering performance of Turbo version, great stability, direct steering.
Styling won't appeal to everyone, size limits agility, not as spacious as it could be.
The Panamera is the most dynamic four-door you can buy.

For the driver, the Panamera is as good a continent-crusher as anything on four wheels. At 100mph, the engine is barely ticking over at 2,500rpm, while the uncanny stability makes for a stress-free drive.
In the rear, things are more complex. There's a perfectly adequate amount of legroom for most adults, but there's not a huge amount of room under the front seats and passengers do have to squeeze their feet together to avoid the runners.
Despite the car's size - about four inches shorter than a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, but nearly three inches wider - accommodation for rear passengers is acceptable rather than cavernous. With the seats up, the boot has a capacity of 445 litres (432 in the Turbo), which is 20% smaller than that of the S-Class, making it a tight squeeze for four people's luggage.
Of course, if you're paying more than £70k for a top-notch saloon you want plenty of kit, and with Panamera you get it. Standard equipment includes stability control, alloys, electric windows and mirrors, sat nav, CD stereo with MP3 compatibility, climate control and cruise control. You have to pay £946 extra for the electric sunroof, though.
