Verdict

Great fun, but missing that spark that would make it iconic.

Peugeot 207 Review

Reliability and Quality4 out of 5

The 207 GTi's engine is the fruit of PSA's collaboration with BMW, so its credentials suggest it should be a reliable unit.

On the exterior, the fit and finish is sound, with consistent shut lines and panels gaps across the bodywork.

Inside, there are high-quality materials throughout, with leather/Alcantara seats and Alcantara trim on the doors. The materials in the cabin also suggest quality, with textured plastics used on the dashboard and console and chrome trims on the dials.
