Peugeot 107 (2005-) Review

Category: City Cars 4.5 out of 5

Summary of the Peugeot 107 (2005-)

Price Range: £8,095 to £8,945

Assets

Simplicity, low price, dealer-fit accessories, decent crash test score.

Drawbacks

No diesel engine choice, back seats' limited space, tiny boot.

Verdict

The 107 proves that a car built to a price doesn't need to concede good handling and decent practicality.

Peugeot 107 Review

Reliability and Quality4 out of 5

The Czech factory in which the 107 is built alongside the C1 and Aygo adheres to Toyota quality standards, therefore the 107 should be well screwed-together. Indeed, all of the cars we have tested have felt solid, with doors that close with a reassuring clunk. A lot of the suspension components have been developed from the Toyota Yaris's tried-and-tested set-up, so should prove reliable. Interior materials are high-quality and should prove durable in day-to-day use.
