Nissan 370Z Review

Overview4 out of 5

Usually, when a car manufacturer starts waxing lyrical about the spirit of its latest vehicle, you'd be well advised to tune out and entertain yourself by thinking about the time your best friend hilariously walked into a glass door.

Nissan is well within its rights to talk the talk about Z-DNA, however, and it has done a remarkably successful reinvigorating the Z. The reality is the 350Z managed to capture all the essence and driving pleasure of the original Datsun models when it was introduced in 2003.

That's not to say it wasn't a car without flaws though, which meant Nissan had a real task on its hands when it came to building on the success of the 350Z.

Enter the 370Z, the Godfather Part II of two-seater sports coupes.
