Mercedes M-class Review

Used Value4 out of 5

Want to buy the lowest depreciating Mercedes ML? Look no further than the cheapest ML in the range. The ML280 CDi retains around 57% of its value after three years and 36,000 miles.

Pick the more popular ML320 CDi and the resale value creeps down to around 55-56%, but choose either the petrol or diesel V8 and suddenly you're below the 50% mark. Worst of all, the mighty ML63 AMG only holds onto 40% of its original value.

The BMW X5 easily outperforms the ML range, with experts predicting most X5s retaining 5% more of their value than the ML.
