It's hard to start questioning the quality of the E-Class Coupe when you climb aboard its sumptuous cabin. If you are talking about the leather seats, the materials on the dashboard, the controls and the door trim, it's usually in glowing terms. Everything is nice to touch and there's no doubting the overall sturdiness. We can imagine this car retaining its integrity throughout many years of ownership.
This car is all new but if you use the previous-generation E-Class as a guide things are looking good. In the 2008 JD Power Survey into customer satisfaction the E-Class finished 8th out of 100 models and Mercedes itself finished 6th out of 28 in the manufacturers league table.
