The one big question concerning any coupe, even big and expensive ones, is can it comfortably accommodate adults in the rear? And the honest answer is almost always no. However, in the case of the CL, the answer is yes.
With a six-footer and the wheel and another six foot passenger seated directly behind, a two-hour drive should be comfortable for both, with reasonable legroom and adequate headroom. However, an S-Class saloon would be better suited to transcontinental jaunts with three or more aboard.
As for equipment, the list is so extensive that we recommend obtaining a brochure if you're interested in buying a new CL.
