Price, engines, estate.
On the small side.
Fiat has never been renowned for its bigger cars, but it has done well with this one. Shame so few people have noticed.

The saloon offers more refinement than the estate, but overall the ride is smooth and the engines are quiet. The driver's seat is fully electrically adjustable, the steering column adjusts well, and climate control is just £308. Rear legroom isn't as great as in some rivals, but the cabin does feel airy. The Weekend estate isn't that big, but it's well designed: a fully folding down tailgate makes the boot space more easily accessed and utilised. The standard RDS-equipped radio/cassette is of reasonable quality, but the omission of a CD-player is a bit of an oversight.
