Kia Picanto Review

Reliability and Quality3 out of 5

Kia and parent company Hyundai make tough, durable and reliable cars, with Kia in particular among the top 10 most resistant brands for breakdowns, according to a recent survey.

In terms of owner satisfaction, on the other hand, some work is needed, with owner satisfaction just dipping below the average.

Where perceived quality is concerned, meanwhile, it's difficult to be too picky with a car that, even in the near range-topping Ice trim, doesn't break the eight-grand barrier. However, there are a few things that do pull down the perception of quality, the biggest crime being the slippery 80s-style leather-wrapped steering wheel.
