Honda CR-V (1997-2002) Review

Category: Small 4x4s 3 out of 5

Summary of the Honda CR-V (1997-2002)

Price Range: £19,725 to £26,210

Assets

Plenty of style, plus space and practicality too.

Drawbacks

Better on-road than off. Prices still high.

Verdict

Not just a lifestyle plaything, but a usable and stylish machine. Relaibility all-but guaranteed, too.

Honda CR-V Review

Comfort and Equipment3.5 out of 5

Car-like handling and comfortable seats make the CRV's cabin a relaxing place to be, as does the standard-fit air-conditioning. It's a little dull in there though, for what it's worth. There's plenty of room inside a CR-V, made all the better by a large glass area. Passengers never feel cramped, especially in the rear where the seats also fully recline. There are lots of storage boxes and even a picnic table in the boot. Good quality radio/cassette with RDS traffic information. A CD player is extra.
