Zero-emission motoring, free parking in most of London, road tax and congestion charge exempt.
Anaemic performance, poor-quality fit and finish, instability at speed, limited range.
If you can live with the poorly built interior and the snail's-pace performance, then the G-Wiz is a very green alternative to a normal car. However, a pushbike and an Oyster card would be our recommendation.

The G-Wiz isn't a car - it may look like one (of sorts) and have the prerequisite four wheels, roof, steering wheel etc, but is actually classed as a quadricycle. So although it meets all the relevant European safety regulations for a vehicle of its type, it's not going to be as crash-safe as a car. Even common safety devices like ABS and airbags don't feature. The limited speeds of the G-Wiz's urban environment mean that high-speed crashability isn't a concern, although we wouldn't like to see the aftermath of a bus versus G-Wiz collision.
As for security measures, your only hope is that the local car thieves wouldn't want to be seen dead in a G-Wiz, as there's little to stop anyone stealing it. The windows slide open by hand (even from the outside), and the door locks don't look like they'd withstand much attack before giving way. Don't leave anything that you wouldn't miss in the G-Wiz when you park it up, as it may not be there in the morning.
