In the most recent JD Power customer satisfaction survey the big Ford came 36th out of 100 models, just ahead of the Renault Laguna. The major issue was with the Mondeo's engine: a high number of faults were reported. Inside the Mondeo impresses with a feeling of quality that is at odds with its high-volume expectations.
