Over 60mpg; Band B tax; quick off the mark; Bravo's attractive styling and five-star NCAP score.
Dead-feeling steering; poor low-speed ride; uninspiring handling.
Not sporty, but a nice-looking car that's cheap to run.

No Fiat Bravo holds its value as well as a Volkswagen Golf, but the Fiat faithful, and the smaller numbers around compared to the Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra, do keep used values reasonably strong.
The Bravo 1.6 Eco should do better than the rest too, given the price of fuel and ever-rising road tax costs. It'll do particularly well in London if the Band B exemption from the congestion charge comes into force. Just make sure you get a decent discount at initial purchase.
