Review

Overview3 out of 5

Alfa's flagship saloon, which replaced the 164, was a sportier drive than most rivals at the time, and, if its styling wasn't quite so well-resolved as that of the 156, it still looks handsome.

Second-hand, it's one of the best-value options when it comes to cars of this size; the 3.0's one of the quickest executive cars around, and it wants for nothing in the equipment stakes.
