Review

Overview3.5 out of 5

The E46-series Convertible followed the saloon, coupe and Touring estate on sale, and was available in 320Ci, 325Ci and 330Ci versions with standard or Sport spec. It's not as closely based on the coupe as it looks, with unique doors and rear wings for a lower waistline, and a more raked-back windscreen. This generation has a 20 per cent stiffer structure than the earlier E36, plus seats with built-in belts and a three-layer hood with a glass rear window.
