Practical, useful vehicles like this always find homes second-hand, but the Berlingo Multispace won't yield a massive return on resale. The previous-generation Multispace delivered between 31% and 38% of the original value after three years/36,000 miles - and this new version is unlikely to be much different.
Don't go overboard with the options and the return will be acceptable, though Citroen's generous incentives, cashback offers and suchlike on new models mean that no-one wants to pay too much for second-hand examples.
