Chrysler Grand Voyager Review

Running Costs3 out of 5

Even the 2.5-litre diesel model's fuel economy is 6mpg below that of the Volkswagen Sharan - and the petrol models are worse still, particularly the very thirsty 3.3-litre V6. Driven with gusto, or with a few passengers aboard, you're looking at well below 20mpg. Servicing can also be pricey, and insurance ratings are higher than rivals.

You get a stack of equipment as standard with the Voyager, including all-round airbags, air conditioning, electric windows and, on upper-line models, the ever-amusing power-operated rear sliding doors option. You can operate them remotely from the central locking keyfob too, like the boot, which seals the deal for many people.
