Unique image, spectacular looks, lots of character, good Mercedes diesel engine.
Thirsty HEMI petrol engine, rather brash, not actually that roomy for such a huge vehicle.
An executive car like no other - you'll either love it or hate it. We love it.

Owners have reported few faults bar the odd minor electrical or electronic glitch. Right-hand drive 300Cs are built by Magna Steyr in Graz, Austria, to a high standard, and quality is way ahead of that in other Chrysler products if not quite up there with the 5-Series and A6 in terms of the soft-touch, feel-good factor.
Though it does have a Chrysler-specific chassis (which also forms the basis of the Dodge Magnum, Dodge Charger and upcoming Challenger), much of the 300C's mechanicals have been derived from the W211-series Mercedes-Benz E-Class.
The 300C's electrics and electronics are shared with Mercedes models, and the five-speed automatic gearbox and diesel engine are also Daimler-supplied. All these items and components are well-proven.
