BMW 7 Series (1994-2002) Review

Category: Large Executive 3 out of 5

Summary of the BMW 7 Series (1994-2002)

Price Range: £53,695 to £68,800

Assets

Not expensive by class standards, well made, wide range, a good drive.

Drawbacks

Big-engined versions are still depreciating fast. Apart from rear room, offers little over the smaller BMW 5-Series.

Verdict

Competent but somewhat undistinguished.

BMW 7-Series Review

Safety and Security5 out of 5

A big car, which always helps, and a BMW, which helps too. Accident-avoidance features are excellent, including full electronic anti-skid control. Crash protection includes side airbags at both chest and head level. Thief-proofing is also first-rate.
