Bentley Motors Continental Flying Spur Review

Running Costs1 out of 5

Bentley claims the Flying Spur will average 17mpg, but in reality this will only be achieved with restraint and around town expect the large 12-cylinder to consume one gallon every 9-10 miles.

Most owners will be lucky to squeeze 300 miles from the big 90-litre tank, so that means plenty of visits to the petrol forecourt.

The Bentley sits in the highest VED Band G for road tax while company users will face a mammoth company car tax bill courtesy of the Continental falling into the maximum 35% Benefit-in-Kind tax bill.
