Ride, refinement; all the TT's usual attributes in a fuel-and tax-efficient package.

It's a good engine, but not best-suited to the TT's character - we still prefer the 2.0 TFSI.
Demand for second-hand TTs remains strong, despite the increasing numbers around, and this TDI shouldn't buck the trend. It's a relatively safe investment, expected to return around half its original new price after three years/60,000 miles.
