Fabulous cabin, still looks terrific, a much better car to drive than the previous model.
Not the styling sensation the original was - and that's about it.
Audi chose not to mess too much with a winning formula, opting instead to improve upon the original in just about every area.

No worries about going backwards into a hedge with this one - something that the earliest TTs threatened before Audi fixed a ducktail spoiler to the boot.
Elsewhere, all the right boxes are ticked, with two-stage driver and passenger airbags, airbags in the front seatbacks to protect rear occupants, Isofix child seat mountings, daylight running lights and a pedal box designed to swing out of the way in the event of a head-on. The TT's structure is much stiffer, too, which helps maintain the cabin's integrity during a collision.
The roadster gains even more bracing along the sides and around the windscreen, which not only helps crash safety but also makes the car 120% stiffer than its predecessor, which helps the car's composure on twisty roads.
For security, you'll find the usual engine immobiliser and anti-theft alarm.
