Hugely powerful V10 engine, fantastic acceleration, loads of space.
Understeers too readily, thirsty, not enough rawness.
A very good car, but not the superb machine we were hoping for.

The RS6, at £77, 625, isn't a cheap car to buy, but it should prove to be pretty reliable on a day-to-day basis.
Service intervals will depend on how the car is driven (a lot of stop-start urban use will require a service after fewer miles than a car largely used for motorway cruising), with the driver informed automatically when the service is due.
The main outlay will be fuel. Audi's quoted figures for fuel consumption is 20.1, but a spell of gentle cruising on test showed no better than around 15mpg, which sounds much more realistic in the real world.
As for CO2 emissions, 333g/km is not going to make you very popular with Ken Livingstone (or maybe it will, as you could end up handing over £25 a day in congestion charges) and you'll be in the top band (Band G) for road tax.
