You'd expect the V10's extra 103bhp to extract a price at the fuel pumps and, technically, you'd be right. In reality, and if the official figures are representative of what goes on in the real world, there almost no measurable difference at all: 20.6mpg versus 20.7mpg, and a whole two extra grammes on the already catastrophic CO2 emissions. With a 90-litre tank this gives a theoretical range of around 400 miles, though we doubt a typical driver using theirs for all purposes would get much past 300 miles in the real world.
