It's unlikely that Audi will volunteer an ageing A8 mid-life product for the Euro NCAP testing, but if it did, we would be very surprised if it didn't score the maximum five stars for adult occupant protection. The space-frame chassis is immensely strong, while the standard six airbags will protect occupants should the worst happen.
All A8s are fitted with a Thatcham approved Category 1 alarm and immobilser with tow-away protection.
