Running Costs

The 1.4 TFSI engine offers good economy - a near diesel-like 43.5mpg, not bad at all for a car this heavy - and its low carbon dioxide emissions (154g/km) mean a relatively low tax banding for a car with this performance.

Insurance premiums should be reasonable, and Audi servicing costs aren't too bad for a 'premium' manufacturer, either. The A3 holds its value well, too.
